1. The aim of Don Bosco School, Baijalbari is to form students into integral human beings whose intellectual, emotional, moral and physical well being will enable them to face the challenges of tomorrow, all the while being firmly rooted in our culture and having love for our country, faith in God and love of human beings as exemplified in the life and teachings of Lord Jesus Christ.

It is believed that a student strives to attain qualities of mind and heart and integrate into his life, virtues such as honesty, sincerity, piety, compassion, generosity, love for nature and self reliance. Therefore special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline in the school.
